Pricing FAQ
What are "eligible voters"?
Limits are based on the number of voters registered in your voter roll, not how many actually vote. If you register 50 voters and only 30 cast ballots, you used 50 of your capacity.
How do Session Capacity Boosts work?
Boosts are one-time purchases that add voter capacity to a single session. They stack with your plan limit. Example: Pro (120) + 500 Boost = 620 total voters for that specific session.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! Upgrade to Pro anytime from your billing dashboard. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period to avoid losing access mid-cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
You'll see a notification before hitting your limit. You can upgrade your plan, purchase a capacity boost for that session, or archive old sessions to free up active session slots.
What is your cancellation policy?
Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of your annual billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time, or unused voter capacity boosts. We recommend using the Free plan to test the platform before upgrading.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
The Free plan is fully functional with up to 50 voters - it's a great way to test the platform before upgrading. No trial needed, and no credit card required to start.
