How the secret ballot works
Member submits their vote
The ballot is encrypted and stored in a separate table with no link back to the member's identity.
Participation is recorded separately
VoteAlly records that a member voted, which prevents double voting, but keeps this record completely separate from the ballot content.
Member receives a receipt code
A cryptographic code is generated that proves the vote was counted. The code cannot be used to reveal how the member voted.
